On results day, Salford City Council is congratulating A-level, T-level, and vocational students across the city. Their dedication and hard work have paved the way for exciting futures.
Councillor Bill Hinds, Executive Support Member for Education, Learning and School Improvement, expressed his appreciation: “I want to praise all A-level, T-level, and vocational students in Salford for their efforts. I’m sure they all have positive futures ahead as they embark on their chosen paths. I’d also like to extend gratitude to the dedicated staff in our schools and colleges who have supported students in achieving their results.”
The council is committed to working in partnership with all our communities to ensure Salford is a great place, where children get the best start in life, and can learn and develop the skills they need to thrive.
Working towards Salford becoming a UNICEF Child-Friendly City is a priority in the council’s corporate plan, to ensure Salford is a great place for children and young people to grow up and feel safe, cared for, heard and have quality opportunities to play, learn and work. This will take the council on the next stage of its journey to champion the voices and rights of children and young people in the city.
