Its Fast food take away. On main entrance there is a customer waiting area. Counter area closed with door. Behind counter area we got kitchen and stairs going upstairs. Behind kitchen we got small store room and back door.

Customer only have access to waiting area. Our current timings are 5pm to 11pm which we looking to extend to 5pm to 1.30am. No alcohol.

For consumption outdoors only, via delivery or takeaway.

  2. Regularly conduct risk assessments to identify potential safety hazards, such as fire risks, or unsafe premises. All safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers and first-aid kits, will be regularly checked.

The prevention of public nuisance
  1. Limiting loud music, controlling the volume levels, and ensuring that external noise doesn't disturb the surrounding community. Regular monitoring of noise levels implemented.
  2. Set clear opening and closing hours to avoid late-night disturbances.
  3. Ensuring that waste disposal is adequately managed and that areas around the venue are kept clean, especially after closing hours, to prevent littering and unsightly debris that could lead to complaints from residents.
The protection of children from harm
  1. We will provide regular training to staff on identifying potential risks to children, safeguarding practices, and how to respond appropriately if they observe concerning behaviour or situations. This training should also include how to interact with young customers and recognise any signs of exploitation or harm.
  2. We will work closely with local law enforcement, social services, and child protection agencies to share information, stay updated on potential risks, and receive guidance on best practices for safeguarding children.
  3. We have created a physical environment where children can feel safe and protected by having proper lighting.
  4. We implemented a zero-tolerance policy for any behaviour that could lead to harm to children, whether that involves illegal activities, bullying, or neglect. And contacting police in this kind of situation.
