The prevention of crime and disorder |
Any persons showing signs of being intoxicated will be escorted off the premises. CCTV covers the areas and sufficient lighting throughout. Sufficient staffing levels at all times to make sure tables cleared asap DPS or a person license holder (other director of business) will be on site at all time during sale of alcohol. |
Public safety |
The fire risk assessment is up to date and all staff trained in the event of an emergency. All emergency equipment including fire extinguishers, doors, emergency lights and fire alarm panel is tested on a regular basis. A first aided is on site at all times with all required first aid kits fully stocked. Staff are trained to look out for signs of intoxicated customers and free drinking water available at all times. |
The prevention of public nuisance |
Any persons showing signs of being intoxicated will be escorted off the premises. Noise levels kept to a minimum with no loud music played. No alcohol served past 10pm. All litter removed on a regular basis and tables cleared asap. |
The protection of children from harm |
All staff will be trained to check ID and challenge 25 and all signage displayed for customers to see. DPS or trained staff will be on premises at all times during the serving of alcohol. |
