Finance Manager - rent and service charge

The role - What I’ll be doing:

  • Setting accurate levels of rent and service charge in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Preparing the annual rent and service charges budget
  • Preparing relevant statutory and regulatory returns
  • Producing annual service charge statements
  • Acting as the rent and service charge specialist and be the contact for customers and colleagues in such matters
  • Leading the annual rent increase and service charge adjustment process
  • Ensure relevant rent and service charge data is held and used correctly
  • Provide timely and accurate information in relation to rent and service charges for the purposes of management and annual accounts and other relevant reporting

What we’re looking for:

  • A conscientious and accurate producer and manager of financial information
  • A person who is a qualified accountant or in the latter stages of study, or someone who has a strong background and experience of rent and service charge accounting.
  • A person who enjoys working as part of a team
