Customer Service Advisor at ForHousing

Hours: 36 hours per week

Salary: £27,300 per annum

Location: Eccles/Salford

As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you will handle enquiries and service requests from our customers, ensuring excellent service.

What you will be doing:

  • Liaising with customers using email, phone, and webchat
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Using our IT system to accurately record customer information
  • Liaising with third parties, including contractors and external organisations, to resolve customer enquiries
  • Making outbound calls to update and maintain customer details

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • Experience using MS Office software and Outlook
  • Experience in a contact centre environment would be ideal
