What is the Local Offer?
Who is the Local Offer for?
How do I use the Local Offer?

This session will answer any questions you have about the Local Offer and demonstrate how you can use the Local Offer to support your work with families of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. The session will compromise of a 20-minute introduction and site demo, and 40-minute Q&A session where you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, and get information and advice about the Local Offer.

Outcomes:

• To understand what the Local Offer is
• To identify how the Local Offer can be used to support inclusive practice
• To explore the Local Offer and the site features
• To feel confident in using the Local Offer to empower parents

None, however, you will need a device that connects to the internet for the session, preferably a laptop or tablet.
