Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council intends to dispose of open space land having a total area of approximately 80 square metres located at Rothwell Lane Little Hulton, M38 9XA. The disposal of the land to EE Limited and Hutchison 3G UK Limited will develop the area into a site for a permanent telecoms mast.
The land subject to this notice and described above, is more particularly shown edged blue on the deposited plan, which may be inspected at the Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Mondays to Fridays and also on Salford City Council’s website on this page.
