Before any Housing Benefit claim can be considered for any new or proposed supported accommodation scheme you must complete and submit the supported gateway form below.
When we receive your completed supported gateway form, we will carry out all necessary checks and contact you to advise if Housing Benefit can be paid. Please do not submit any claims until this assessment has been made.
Once a scheme has been agreed and benefit claims have been made you will be able to request access to the landlord portal.
